Emlyn Koster - Earth Scientist, Museum President, Mentor / Liberty Science Center September 13, 2007
Here you are Emlyn! day 256
I think he captured your serious side with that hint of mischievousness in the eyes perfectly and a beautiful use of the Communication exhibition wall. In my opinion - this person looks like (and is) a visionary leader in the museum field! - melissa exquisite composition. looks like a painting. such depth. - satya statuesque.. i like it - John ah, the famous Emlyn. at last I can put a face to a name! :-) very cool portrait; very striking, and I like the look he's giving you. - Andrea - www.andreamann.com PS. Cartier-Bresson would be proud of the composition ;-) - Andrea - www.andreamann.com Beautiful - Mary Was just about to throw out a suppliment from the Times (UK)but went through it before I did. There was an article about you in it......Thank god I read it,mate your photos are absolutely fabulous....It makes me want to know these people....You seemed to have captured their souls... Steve.... - Steve Dixon Although I may be somewhat prejudice (I'm Emlyn's assistant), I think he looks GREAT!!!! Emlyn, we should get a large copy of this print, frame it, and place it somewhere in the Museum (I'm not kidding!). OK, if you don't agree with me, then at least give this to MK for a Christmas present. She'd love it! - Elise I agree this photograph indeed looks like a painting. I'm really taken by surprise by the intensity of Emlyn's expression. I found myself staring for a moment wondering what he might have been thinking. Great job Billy and Emlyn! - Zandy What's this? I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
