I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, has taken it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. The photo will have been taken that day, and each day will be a different person. Some will be in the studio, some will be in the wild. Hopefully they will all be interesting.
FYI, I am NOT Our365portraits.com who places Craigslist ads looking for photographers. I'm pretty sure they give an email address to reply to, and it's not mine. Thanks.

Yes, the colors and shadows here are really cool, Bill. I like that you left the wooden floor and didn't cover it with the paper. I am not sure about the way she keeps her legs... looks like she is almost falling off? trying to keep balance? But, I love how you caught that intense look expression on her face, very interesting.

Apprehensive. Nervous. Interesting to see a picture where you are not who you are.
John
this IS truly captivating. i couldn't come up with the emotion i feel when i see this...nervous, apprehensive...like john said. but there's something else. and i think it is the compositin that does it even more than her expression/body language. i just love this!

This is a very interesting photograph. It's kind of mysterious, like those old portraits they took in the early 20th century. Lara looks like she can right through you. I look at this picture and I wonder what she's thinking...

I find this shot SO interesting. I think it's both the way her body is stacked on itself as it sits there and angles I find sort of strange and surprising.
kate
I was so supprised to see you. You do look fabulous, Lara!

Wow! This is amazing. Full of coulour and depth and... mystery. A Stephen King version of American Gothic. And much more. P.S. I'd love to see this in a higher resolution.
