sometimes i wonder if im lookin at the same image as other people. - My initial reaction was that I wouldn't have had the guts to go with such light tones on the face but that it works very, very well. The background colors are especially pleasant, going very well with her clothing. In my book, an exceptional portrait. - Mark she looks like fun... - samsplanet I've been a lurker here since February, but I've got to defend this one. The warm earthy tones are comfortable, the girl is gorgeous and her expression is sassy-this could easily be one of my favorites. - Nate I really like the tones in this photo, her hair and her bright face. Is it my monitor or her eyes are a lil blurry? Other than that, her pose is nice, especially the hands together, and the attentive expression on her face. Nice job, Bill. - Ela In my opinion this is a really down to earth shot, in subject, color and composition, which seems like a change of pace from your usual shots, Bill. It seems like a lot of the photos in this series have an undercurrent of hectic-ness and frenzy (possibly just due to the New York area locales), but this one seems to suggest that we all just sit back and slow down a little, and breathe. I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007.
