I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, has taken it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. The photo will have been taken that day, and each day will be a different person. Some will be in the studio, some will be in the wild. Hopefully they will all be interesting.
FYI, I am NOT Our365portraits.com who places Craigslist ads looking for photographers. I'm pretty sure they give an email address to reply to, and it's not mine. Thanks.

again with the blue tones. you're brilliant, you know that? this one has just so freakin much personality and subtleties - despite the over-the-top (even cartoonish!) expression, there is so much happening under the surface, in his eyes, the lines of his face. questioning, a little smugness, a lot of play, a little bit of joy, some leaning back to make the viewer lean forward - an explicit invitation. even a little sadness or shock? amazing how much emotion is playing out in the different contours of his face. I don't have a clue who this guy is, but it's a brilliant capture. and while he is obviously a charismatic & charming guy, I also have no doubt that he doesn't show this side of him to just anybody - you are quite skilled at bringing out such artistic personalities in your subjects. I know I've said it over & over, but I'm just so - continuously - impressed.

I absolutely LOVE THIS GUY. He looks like a former "partner" of mine and brings back thoughts of amazing times we used to have. Looking at this picture is kind of like when you smell a perfume or cologne of someone you use to date and it immediately brings back old memories (both good and bad ones :) ). I found you through Ze as well. :] It's different from when I usually see an astounding photo and think, "I wish I knew that person." I saw the photo and recognized Ze from The Show, but I still think you've captured a part of him that I've never seem before.

Well, I cannot stay silent here. I also found you through Ze Frank's blog. Capturing perennial youth or wonder (and mischief) in male subjects is something you do better than anyone else. This kid could have a wooden nickel and were I a clerk I still give him candy.

Nice to see a familiar face, although I've met you one more time than I've met him! And, yes, just like everyone else, I found out about you from him.
