Vasco Bridges - Business Guy for the Artsy Folks / Clinton Hill, Brooklyn June 11, 2007
Yeah. Cool. I like the wrinkles in his shirt. It adds texture to the scene, and it feels like he is comfortable just living as is. Also, he doesn't look posed, but still aware that the camera is there. Very much the artist. I'd be interested to see this picture next to a very formal posed picture of him in a suit. It would be a nice contrast and maybe we would get to see more of the business guy. - Matt I love the contrast between the dark wall and his pink shirt... that is an awesome color on Vasco too. Light from the window and the sax just totally make it an awesome photo. Great work, Bill :) - Ela I like this one a lot. The window light mixed with the natural darkness of the room makes for a great contrast. Great smile too. - Britton Wow, what a beautiful natural light !. - Victor Puig - http://www.flickr.com/photos/45street
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
