Chris Regan - Writer, Gentleman / Studio April 11, 2007
Oh Boo, I hope you did not take offense to what I said - it was not meant to be disparaging in the slightest. Continue to comment as you do, or don't, but do not ever let someone else's comments or opinions stop you from fully living your life in exactly the way you want to live it. I like the commitment you've put into supplying us with possibilities of character and motive. You can just continue to rock on completely too. - kate Oh he is so cute. Whatever he is selling, I will hear the pitch. With such an amicable face he could be treacherous. I do like that it seems a bit like and ad but there is no logo on his cup.
I must apologize for if Kate is correct with her terminology then these comments are a blight upon the whole. I will stop rather than continue to be such. - Boo - http://www.xanga.com/Boowasborn looks like a nice guy to me. i like how calming the photo is. - jess He looks like he'd be a good baseball player. I love the fluffy texture of his hair. Cheers for Chris! - Danielle Ngo Love it. Love how we (all respondents) have tended to judge the life coming out of the subjects - which is truly fun for the psychologist in all of us (which I happen to be). And love how, no matter what we think we know, we might all still be miles from the truth.
Love too the excitement I get from people actually confronting each other with their real opinions. You've not only brought out the life in your subjects, but the life in those that simply feed off of the images of others.
Thanks Bill. Rock on completely. - kate Just a married guy in a suit, with a haircut, holding a coffee.
But what makes me want to smash his face in?
Aren't prejudices a wonderful thing?
** Now Jack, let's not be rude or mean to the subjects. I asked him to wear a suit. Do you want to smash MY face in now? - bw
Edited By Siteowner - Jack Even weirder. Quite often I too am a married guy, with a haircut, wearing a suit and holding a coffee. But I am not him, rather I like to think that I am everything he isn't. - Jack And here I was going to say he looks sweet as pie and I like his cufflinks...Golly! - AL writers wear suits? - KB I like this one! - Yvonne Carts-Powell The simplicity and honesty of this picture is perfect for telling everything and nothing at all. - Eaglefille - http://gonzaga.facebook.com/profile.php?name=28206276 lovely - Amber Himes - http://www.sleepyheadcity.com/awake/blog/ "gentalmen" sometimes i jsut love your descriptions - Joshua R - abittasty.wordpress.com Bill
Now I know a little more of who he is and what he does and I'm sure I'd get on with Chris, no problem. I just thought it interesting how the presentation of a subject can elicit strong, and opposing views.
Was this intentional?

I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
